Can I see the products before I buy?

Yes, at the Loviz Art Studio (by appointment) or any of the locations on the OUTLETS page (check what is sold/available at each venue).

Do you send the giclee framed?

No, the giclee is sent to you rolled as it is less likely to be damaged in transit and it is more cost effective for the customer to frame it than pay for the excessive shipping costs when it is pre-framed.

What would I expect to pay to frame my giclees?

Approximately $30 per linear metre, eg: a 60x90cm giclee would cost around $90 to have stretched onto a mounting frame.

Can I order a custom size giclees?

Yes, please email the Giclee title, number and the size you would like, we will get back to you with a price.

Could you send me a catalogue?

We do not publish hard copy catalogues; you may purchase Tanya’s book that contains approximately 120 images to place orders from, book price is $25 each or 2 for $40. Otherwise please make your orders through this site or at LOVIZ ART Studio.

Does Tanya Loviz do commissioned paintings?

Very rarely, the starting price is a minimum of AU$6000, send an email with a request and it will be discussed with her.

What Payment options do I have?

The following types of payment are accepted

  1. Visa, Mastercard- e-commerce, over the phone or send card details via fax
  2. Direct Deposit into an account
  3. Bank Cheques
  4. Personal & Business Cheques (only within Australia)

Do you do Lay-bys?

Yes over a 4-6 month period.

The 4-6 month pay-plan can be used only on items over $200.00 or multiple items totalling $200 or more and only through the LOVIZ ART Studio.

LAY-BY PURCHASE PROCEDURE

  1. Email or call us to see if what You desire is available
  2. If it is, you will need to send us a 25% deposit of the total price (including postage & handling) to secure the purchase.
  3. From there after, you can make weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments within the 4-6 month period to complete the sale.
  4. Once all monies are paid, we will ship it to you (conditions apply) or you can arrange to pick it up directly. If the sale is terminated by you, we keep only the 25% deposit for administration and handling fees, the remaining money will be sent back to You.
